You do. We queue payments for your approval. We never have unilateral spending authority over your accounts.
Can you send invoices on my behalf?
Yes, invoices go out from your business name and address, with replies routed to you or to us, your choice.
What about international vendors?
We handle most domestic vendors smoothly. International wire transfers are possible but we'll coordinate with your bank on the specifics.
Do you handle collections on overdue invoices?
We do professional follow-up. We do not act as a collections agency. If something goes deeply past due we will help you decide how to escalate.
